Concordei em fazer um teste Premium gratuito, o período de teste expirou e foi feita uma cobrança pelo trello no meu cartão do valor de 667,26 de um plano anual que eu não contatei, sem meu consentimento. Quero reembolso, qual prazo de retorno de uma solicitação de rembolso ?
