Could you please confirm that you've selected a list in the List dropdown?

If you have, please click on the 3 dots and then Refresh and see if that changes anything.

Hmm, I haven't been able to replicate the issue.

To confirm, does the issue persist when you Refresh the add-on following the steps above?

If so, can you please uninstall and reinstall the Trello Gmail add-on via https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/trello_for_gmail/710372432947 and let us know if that works.

It would also be worth trying in another browser.
