I'm not sure what you mean by this - can you elaborate on the issue you're facing? Is this an issue with our email to board feature?
Yes email to board. Also We have been experiencing that a same card being sent multiple time like more than 20 times.

Can you try generating a new E2B email address for your board to see if it fixes your issue?

To reset your unique email address:
Open the board menu
Select Email-to-board
Select Reset email address
The old email address will no longer work. If you want to continue sending emails to the board, you can use the new email address.
