Hello Trello Communinty,

Is there any way to make Trello totally forget an email address that was used before?

We have a nwe collegue, who has the same email address (but different name of course :)) like we had for an other collegue before. We would like to invite her, but Trello does not allow us to give a new name to the old, deleted email account.

Hello András,

Can you please send us an e-mail to support@trello.com with that request? Make sure you are sending the e-mail from the address you want to use.

With that we will be able to analyze your request further.
