I don't receive notifications on my desktop. I receive notifications instantly in my inbox, but pop-ups are not working.
I opened Trello on Chrome and allowed notifications and pop-ups.
Someone can help me here how to fix this?
My company is saying it is not linked to their network, since it is also not working when I am on company VPN.

There are a few settings that can block the notifications. Since you're receiving e-mail notifications and have already checked the browser notifications settings and allowance, it should be worth checking your OS settings:
