deleting an admin from my boards

I have a person no longer with our company. She was an admin on 3 boards in my trello, and now I cannot remove her. Can someone help? This seems to be a glitch and I am sure there must be a way for me to delete her trello account/user?

My recommendation to ALL those who use Trello at a company...

Create a "service account"

1. Create a company email (e.g. trelloadmin@yourcompany.com)
2. Create a new Trello account with that email address and ensure that they are a workspace admin
3. Ensure that >1 person in the company can access the email and the Trello account...

I realise this doesn't solve your immediate need but it certainly prevents it happening again.

1. I am guessing in this case, they are the only admin on the 3 boards, otherwise you or another admin could remove them. Can you confirm?
2. If you can hang tight, Trello are making some updates to member administration which should allow you to remove this member from your workspace...Coming in the next few weeks...
3. Otherwise, if you haven't already used it, take out the Premium Free Trial and this will give you full admin access and allow you to remove them...
