deleted a Trello board

I accidentally deleted a Trello board named "My Glasses" on July 28.
Is there any way to recover it or at least retrieve some of the data?
I was logged in with the email: Goligrd.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @Arezoo Goli welcome to the Atlassian Community Forums!

First of all, there's a distinction between a closed board and a deleted board.

1. If the board was closed, go to your workspace, then click Boards and then find the button 'View closed boards'. From there, you can 'Reopen' the closed board.
2. If your board was actually deleted, then it's gone forever
