My Trello account has boards and guests with similar names to me, but they are not me. They were there when I logged in. I can't seem to delete them so I want to delete my account and start all over again.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
You can do this by deleting your Atlassian account - but I'd be cautious, as it could remove more than just Trello access (eg. this Community account).
