Eu não entendi muito bem, quando tu disse "reverter uma pasta excluída". Tu está se referindo se há a possibilidade de recuperar algum cartão ou quadro do Trello que tenha sido excluído? Seria isso? Ou você está se referindo aos anexos dos cartões? 

Com mais informações ficará mais fácil poder responder a tua dúvida :D

Oi @Vanessa Manique! Caso você tenha permanentemente excluído o quadro da sua área de trabalho, não há mais como recuperá-lo, já que exclusões são finais e permanentes. 

Entretanto, caso o quadro tenha sido somente fechado, você pode reabri-lo seguindo estes passos: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/.
