commenting on boards

i have invited someone to my team but he cant comment on the lists  am i doing something wrong? i need the option for my team members to comment on boards and lists

Adding other people to a team doesn't mean that it allows to manage boards too. You can do it in 2 ways:

1. Manually add your team members on a board clicking Menu and then Invite.
2. Changing your boards settings in order to allow every team member to leave comments. Menu - More - Settings
