Hi everyone !

I'd like to automate my checklist in order to :
When the task 1 is checked, then, the member who is supposed to work on task 2 receives a notification, or can be added on a comment or whatever than can notify this person, that he can perform the next task.

Is it possible ? Could someone help me please ?

@butler groupe you can either do something like this:

when the "{*} (next: {*})" item is checked, add member @{wildcard2} to the card

then you just put the next username at the end of each checklist item:

This is the item text (next: nextusername)

@butler groupe

Butler does not have the an action to return you the next item on a checklist so it cannot write a comment with a @mention
I wrote an add on before but here’s one that converts the next item to a card and assign a member.
