changing the plan and my cards have changed how do I bring them back to what was?

Hi,

First time I'm paying for trello and I was charged for premium plan, how do I change to standard and get back the money?

also, Before I was charged I was able to see all the tags that I made for my orders now the cards have changed, how do I bring it back to what it was?

is there any way to contact and get help on trello?

Regarding plans and Trello support:

Changing from Premium to Standard and Requesting a Refund

Regarding the tags, I am not sure. 

  • It might just be a filter or display setting tweak. Make sure you have the same filters applied as before by clicking the "Filter Cards" button on the right side of your board.
  • Additionally, check if any board or card settings have changed during the transition to the Premium plan.
