change admins

hello. Someone set up a trello account for our small NGO, and that person has left the organisation. She is still the admin however, and we haven't managed to change the admin status to another person in our team. She has helped by logging in today, and see if she could do the trick, but it didn't work.

Could you please advice how to move forward?

Have you had her add you as an admin on the board or space?
