cards are disappearing from my trelo

For a few days now I've been noticing that some cards are disappearing from my trelo. I have another system that I use to register protocols and information about them, when I search for cards by protocol, trelo says that there are no cards with that code. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'd tell you to check the list of archived cards. It's possible a member archived them by mistake.
I'd also check your automations. Maybe there's one that archives or moves cards.
Finally, I'd tell you to check the board's activity list. It will show if someone manually deleted a card.

Thank you. Apparently i have a collaborator that is deleting this cards. Do you know if i can restore this cards after you delete it?

Can you check if you or your collaborators have any automations set up that move or archive cards? 

Can you also check if you have a third-party Power-Up or integration that is moving cards?
