card was completely deleted, is there any way to recover it?

I wanted to leave a board from my old work and it simply deleted the board for everyone, I already looked in closed boards and didn't find it

Did you check all your workspaces? Maybe the board is not in your personal workspace, but in your old work's workspace?

For example, in my case, I'm part of two workspaces, so I could check in both 'Boards' entries if the deleted board is closed:

It was actually permanently deleted... is there any possibility for the Atlassian team to have a backup?

Unfortunately, deleting a board is permanent, and deleted boards cannot be recovered (see documentation). You can check with your old work if they had any backup and restore solution, such as Rewind's power up.
