can we have unique labelling on each card

we wish to have different labels with dates to tell us when the job in question is complete, on individual cards,  can we do this without upgrade and if we upgrade will it give us this option?

Hey Kirstie, I don't believe Trello labels can hold a date, besides a colour and text. So, there doesn't seem to be a built-in way to timestamp them per card (unless someone else knows a solution).

From my understand of your post, it seems you want each card to show something like "quoted - 12 Aug", "production - 20 Aug", etc. If that's what you're after, have a look at Amazing Fields (a Power-up that you can add to your board). It lets you add multiple date fields per card and colour/style them so they look and behave more like status labels with a date attached.
