can i turn off edit to my members on a board which only admins can edit ?

i need to disable editing my particepents on the board i need them only to check their tasks and if they checked it it will not affect other particepents but i can saw he is checked this task and other not is this possible ?

I will start this answer with the same line I use to answer every similar question.

Trello is predominantly an open collaboration platform and was conceived with values and principles closely aligned to those you will find with Agile values and principles.  This includes trust and transparency...

This means, with Trello, you will find less ways to impose technical limitations.
I find the soft approach of group training combined with the transparency of the board and the trust in the team that if someone erroneously checks something, another member feels safe enough to point it out can be just as powerful as technical restrictions...

 

That doesn't means its impossible.  You can retrospectively undo things in automation.
