bug? -> unable to delete an attachment

In a card, I deleted a picture attachment. It was gone in the card. Then I refresh the browser, and only to find the refreshed page of the card is still with the attachment. 

Please help fix. thanks.

Is it because my account don't have delete right? If so, could you make it display clear error message about it?
