billing tab says no access ask your administrator for access

anyone haad this issue and knows how to fix - only me that uses the account only me with access don't know why it'd say i don't have access and i can't find where to 'ask the administrator' i want co cancel my subscription

Hi Elaine! Welcome to the Trello community.

From what you are saying, it seems that you are accessing the Atlassian Admin page. That tool is related to managing Atlassian accounts for an Organization, and you need to be an Org admin to manage Atlassian accounts under a claimed domain.

That is not related to your Trello subscription nor your being a Trello Workspace admin (to manage your Trello content).
To check/manage your Trello billing subscription, go to your Trello (www.trello.com) and click "Workspace Settings" in the sidebar. From the dropdown options, click “Billing.” 

From this page you can update/cancel your Trello subscription.
