It would be great if you could help me. I am desperately looking for an indication of which account I have with Trello and can't find an answer anywhere. All I know is that I bought an annual licence in November 2022. Consequently, I should be a Professional, right?
In my account, it permanently appears that I am still using the free version. What can I do?
I have paid 357 USD...

Go to https://trello.com/ and you will see all of your workspaces for your account. Then expand them all and if you see the billing option then it is a paid workspace and you will see the invoice:
