grazie

Hi @Annalisa Formisano

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I’ve taken a look into your board and can confirm it is currently in a closed state.

This happened because the original board admin's account was deleted due to inactivity, following our Dormant Account Policy. When an account is deleted under this policy, any boards solely owned by that user are automatically closed to ensure data security.

The good news is that since you are also a board admin and the board belongs to the workspace "Annalisa," you should be able to reopen it without any issues.

  1. Go to your Trello Boards page

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "View all closed boards."

  3. Find your board in the list and click the "Re-open" button.

If the page seems to freeze or doesn't load correctly while you're trying to reopen it, please try performing these steps in an Incognito/Private window. This often helps bypass any browser cache issues.

Please let me know if you run into any further trouble.

Thank you !
