Hello

Rule automation is not triggering as expected. It was set on July 3, and it deleted some items from the task list, but recent items that should be archived are still there.

Hi @Nexcore_Exec

Could you please check the Automation Log (Automation → Log) to confirm whether the rule is still running? If the rule is not triggering, the log usually provides some details about why it was skipped or failed.

I would also recommend reviewing the rule conditions to ensure the newer cards/tasks still meet all the criteria defined in the automation. For example, please check whether they are in the correct list, have the required labels, due dates, or any other conditions configured in the rule.

Another thing worth checking is the workspace automation quota. If the limit has been reached, Butler automations may stop running until the quota is available again.

If everything looks correct, could you please share the Butler rule (or a screenshot of the automation) along with an example of a card/task that should have been deleted items? This will help us investigate the issue further.
