Hi there,

In a board I have 3 lists with different deadlines.

List one 24 hours

List two 48 hours

List three 96 hours

All cards within this lists need the list specific deadline.

Questions:

1. Can I make a setting, that all cards which I create in List one have a deadline 24 hours?

2. Is there a possibility when a List two cards deadline falls under 24 hours, it automatic switch to list one?

Thanks,

Julian

Hi Julian,

Out of the box I don't think there's a way to do this. However, the Butler Bot for Trello powerup has support for date functions with variables. It seems doable to set up a rule that runs daily to move cards to certain lists if their due dates meet your criteria (for example {tomorrowmonthdaynumber} ).

Looks like you might be able to make this happen for one of your needs for free (for example, moving the 24 hour cards to List 1). The pricing for Butler also doesn't seem too unreasonable for all the functions you might want for your various date moves. I think your first concern about auto-setting the Due Date in list 1 could be handled by Butler also.

Cheers,
Daniel
