apply to join a public board

I would like to join a public board to place a feature request. I don't know how to apply for being invited to the board.

(in this case it is this board: https://trello.com/b/woKAFCQl/agile-cards-by-spartez-feedback, I would like to ask them if they could give the possibility to just print images like jpg etc but not PDFs, since for the PDFs there is anyway just the message printed, that it can not be printed, which is rather stupid...)

Hey Florian, in order to join that Trello board and provide feedback about Agile Cards for Trello you need to click the "Give us your feedback!" link inside the power-up:
