a member attached and uploaded a pdf for me and I can veiw but I cannot download it.  Any thoughts on why this is happening and how I can download the attached PDF?

Their is a hidden 45 degree arrow when you move your mouse around the pdf name that opens to pdf viewer and then then you download.  Its like a hidden thing you just stumble upon and from then on everything is ok.
