Zap from Form to Create Card - Need Default Card Template

Zapier does not have a way to select the card template when it creates a new card from a zapped contact form. We want all new cards to use the same template, I am not locating a setting for this or a way to do this in rules. We are simply putting the form data into the description of a card but we want all new cards to have the same custom fields and checklists present.

Hi @Will Crabtree welcome to the community 😊 I don't believe there's a way to pick a template when creating your zap, however, you should be able to pre-define the checklist items and custom field values from within your zap. Alternatively, you could create a butler rule to automatically add this information to your incoming cards.
