Hello Trello Support Team,
I am currently using the Free version of Trello, which allows up to 10 collaborators per Workspace. Currently, my Workspace has only 8 active members, and I need to add 2 more.
However, the platform is preventing me from adding them, stating that I have already reached the user limit. This Workspace previously had 10 members, but 2 were removed recently. It seems the system is still counting those former members or guests toward the total limit.
Could you please help me resolve this so I can add my 2 remaining collaborators?
Best regards,
Hi there! When I looked up your Workspace, I saw that there are 3 Workspace members and 7 Workspace guests, for a total of 10. If you go to the Workspace members page, do you see different numbers there?
Hi Caity! Thanks for the quick response. I checked the settings and found two dashboards containing users who are no longer part of my team. Once I removed them, the issue was resolved. Thanks for the help!

Guests do count towards the limit. Per documentation:
Workspace members
Workspace guests (board members who aren’t members of your Workspace. This includes single-board guests and multi-board guests)
Pending board and Workspace invites
