Hello
Since Thursday last week (16th June) I have been able to log in to Trello but none of my workspaces or boards will load.
This is what I see:
I can see from https://trello.status.atlassian.com/ that things look like they are working.
I've logging in and out at different times of day, and tried accessing via Edge and Chrome and both normal and InPrivate/Incognito sessions - same results.
I can get onto the boards on the app on my phone but it's a pain to use on there rather than the desktop.
Anyone else had this before? Is it likely to be a local issue? Or has there been a change in a site certificate or something that could mean my network is now reluctant to allow access? Not quite sure about what to try next!
Hi @Anna Burgess and Welcome to the Community!
Since you've already tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, and logging in/out, and the mobile app works fine, this strongly points to a network or firewall issue on your desktop/office connection rather than an account or Trello-side problem.
You can try using a different network.
Connect to a mobile hotspot or a different Wi-Fi network and load Trello in your browser. If it works, your office network or ISP is blocking something Trello needs to load boards.
If you're on a corporate network, check with your IT team — something likely changed on June 16th (firewall rules, proxy config, or SSL inspection) that's now interfering with Trello's board-loading requests while still allowing the login page through.
Hope this helps 🙌
Liam
