Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
So Here's we all guests except me an admin and i need to be the next workspace admin. how?

Refer to this official docs from Trello, to make someone a board admin:

Select the Share button from the top of the board

Select the dropdown menu next to their name then select Admin
