Will our assigned members automatically receive an email if I update the contents of the card?

The card will be updated by multiple members. The members does not visit this trello every day. I would like to know how members can be informed of the latest information when additions, deletions, changes in responsibilities,occur regarding the contents of the card.

It sounds like you'll want your team members to watch the cards.

Watching a card indicates you want to be notified of any actions that occur within it. So for your team members, they can watch the card and still be notified of any changes that happen.
