So far I have a free personal Trello account that I created myself & so far I am the only user on this FREE personal Trello account. Once this account is transferred to a default workspace on June1th, will i have to  pay a monthly subscription fee for this default workspace?

Workspaces are containers that your account can create which hold boards. 

Free workspaces can contain up to 10 boards. 

Workspaces with a Business Class subscription can have unlimited boards. 

You can be a member of as many workspaces as you like.
