Wieso sind meine Daten plötzlich verschwunden?

Am Samstag, den 14.1., habe ich einige wichtige Dinge in einer Karte auf einem Trello-Board geändert. Heute Morgen habe ich auf dem Handy diese Karte angesehen und offengelassen. Heute Mittag habe ich die Karte auf dem PC geöffnet und auf den Text geklickt. Während des Scrollens durch den Text verschwanden die Änderungen und der alte Text war wieder da. Als ich die App auf dem Handy antippte (die Karte mit dem neuen Text war in der App-Auswahl noch zu sehen), landete ich aber nicht in dort, sondern auf der Trello-Startseite. Als ich das Board dann öffnete, war auch dort in der Karte nur noch der alte Text.

Das ist nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern auch ein absolutes No-Go: Die Daten sind scheinbar unwiederbringlich weg, für mich aber sehr wichtig.

Eigentlich arbeiten wir an diesem Board mit mehreren Leuten, aber nun müssen wir uns ggf. etwas Neues suchen. Das möchten wir aber eigentlich nicht... 

Woran hat es wohl gelegen?

@andrea_tapp Ich habe den Inhalt der Karte in ein Word Dokument exportiert. Und siehe da die verschwunden Daten waren im Word Dokument vorhanden ;-)

Apologies, for the frustrating situation, I believe the changes were made while Trello wasn't able to reach our servers, the data was storage but as it wasn't able to sync Trello ended losing it. Trello is a cloud app so it isn't built to work offline. 

If you attempted to make changes while you were not connected to the internet, then it is expected that this kind of thing would happen. Information entered while Trello can’t reach our servers would not be cached and it would be lost once the connection is restored. Or you could forced the sync before losing it. This article covers how to force the sync on an android mobile.

I think to be fair, the expectation is you wouldn’t have been able to do this without at least seeing errors, normally a pop-up on your left-side corner, but it sounds like it didn’t happen or you just didn't see. If at any point you had tried to refresh, leaving the board for example, they would have lost access to the board because of being offline.

If the card description was changed by another user you'd be able o restore it following the instructions in this article.

Hi Andrea and Theodoro

Ich kämpfe gerade mit dem gleichen Problem. Habe gestern Abend rund 2 Stunden an einer Karte gearbeitet (Im App auf meinem Laptop) und mehrfach gespeichert. Heute das App am gleichen Laptop geöffnet und alle Textdaten im Feld "Beschreibung" sind weg (Nur Textdaten in der Beschreibung, hochgeladene Dokumente sind vorhanden) !

Inhalt die ein Kollege ein paar Tage vorher auf der gleichen Karte erfasst hat sind auch weg. Das ist wie Du gesagt hast @andrea_tapp ein absolutes No-Go. Kann jemand helfen. Ansonsten bin ich weg von Trello. Das geht gar nicht :-(
