At the moment, no, there isn't a way to have certain parts of your board visible to specific members of the board.
To offer a little background, Trello is built on a principle of shared perspective so one of the design principles is that everyone who is a member of a board should be able to see the same thing.
If you need to separate information, the best option is to create a second board, make it private, then invite the people who are allowed to see that information to that second board along with you.
