Why was money deducted from my account if there is no valid reason?

My workspace is Premium with one member. I just found out that last month and this month, 40 dollars were deducted from my accounts and the reason was that I had 3 users, while I still have one member and only 5 guests!

First, I want to know the cause of this problem.

Secondly, please return the amount deducted for this month to my account and solve my problem because I don't need three users at all. thanks

If some of your guests are on multiple boards in the workspace they are also considered paid users (only guests on a single board are free)
