Every single time when I restart my laptop, I need to use again my SSO login.
The function "Remember me" only works when I'm not restart or shut down the Windows.
Is that right - some security reason? - or an issue?

It sounds like you having to log in daily is enforced by your Atlassian Organisation admins, who set up SSO, and can enforce having you log in daily.
If you know your admins (or can just reach out to your internal IT team), I'd recommend reaching out to them and asking them to change your idle session duration settings.
