Why my Butler power up won't work on a new board I made but works on my other boards

I have created a new board from a template that I created and the parameters for the butler commands have been copied verbatim. Yet in still it always glitches and forgets to do one thing or another. Do I need to redo every command from scratch?

Butler has been giving me a headache ever since mid-last week. I'm leaning toward the infrastructure behind butler malfunctioning.
