Why isn't a purchased power up working?

Hello, recently I used a Trello power up with a free trial to test it, it worked great and so then someone on my team purchased it, but when I try and enable it again it still tells me the free trial is expired.  The power up description says "Unlimited Users" for all plan prices so I'm confused.  I was thinking if one person buys it for the workspace then people can add it to the boards we pay for, and then everyone with access to those boards can use it.  Does the user who purchased the power up need to be the one who enables it on each board instead for it to work?  Thank you for any help.

Since power-ups are developed by third parties, Trello doesn't control their pricing.

For this specific power-up, feel free to contact their dedicated support team to see whether you need to purchase a license for each user. They're happy to assist you!
