Why is my notification list empty?

Hi,

I am using trello via android app on my phone and ios on my ipad.

Example

I have people added on my boards and when they comment on a card i get no notification at all even in my notifications list in the app.

The comment will come up on my home page highlight section but i receive no push notifications of any kind.

All notifications are switched on.

Please help 👀

It is strange that having all the notifications activated, you do not receive them, anyway, take a look at these posts, maybe they can help you
