Why is my colleague's list collapsed

Hi There - my list is nice with cards, but my colleague's list has collapsed and just shows the heading for each card. How do I get his collapsed list to look like mine. He is not using any filters

@ian adelson which version of Safari? I suspect it's a much older/no longer supported version of Safari, but it would be good to confirm the exact version.

The safari version is quite old apparently and cannot be updated. He is going to try google chrome on the computer and if not, move to another computer.
