When I add something new to my trello board, lets say I add an appointment and try to move it to someone and then save it, the board does not reflect that change that I have assigned it someone unless I hit the refresh page button on the browser. It will update right away if I say change a label from one thing to another but that's it.

Hi @Upper shop , Welcome to the community!
As you mentioned, you add an appointment and then try to move it to someone.
Can you confirm if you mean that when you add a card to the board and assign it to a member, that change is not reflected? If you are referring to something else, please feel free to clarify.
So I can try to run some tests and see if I can replicate the issue.
Also, I wanted to confirm whether you see the same issue across all of your boards and if this persists on different browsers?
Thank you!
Yes when I add a card to the board and then assign it, I will not see the change immediately like we always had in the past. You have to refresh the screen for the change to take place. It is not just assigning a new card, it's anytime a change is made whether it be assigning the card to someone, updating a card or moving it to a different status. All of those things require a refresh for the change to be seen. Now another team member who works with me has the same board and his changes are immediately reflected so I am wondering if there is some sort of setting that got changed on my board or something I can do to eliminate the latency.

Hi @Upper shop ,Thank you for your response.
I have also tested this on my end, and I can immediately see the changes I made on the board. It seems to be a local issue.
Can you try to access Trello from a different browser or try accessing Trello on the desktop app and see if the same issue persists there? Also, try clearing the cache and see if you notice any improvements.
Thank you.
