Why doesn’t my trello allow me to add more members?

i ONLY have 8 people on my board & it’s stating i’ve reached the “maximum” of 10 collaborative members when i didn’t. it won’t allow me or any of my admins to invite people to the board. it has NOT exceeded the limit of 10 yet. i’m confused. i haven’t been notified of an update in the app store or anything. it’s really buggy & needs to be fixed asap

Please note that the 10-collaborator limit is at the workspace level and not an individual board level. Collectively across all your boards you might have reached the 10 user limit. You can easily check the number of collaborators by going to the workspace page. Details here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
