Hi Jon,
Trello is supported on the latest versions of both Chrome and Firefox, as outlined in our supported browsers list: What browsers and platforms does Trello support? | Trello | Atlassian Support
It appears Firefox on your device may be blocking some Trello features. Please try the following:
Update Firefox to the latest version: Firefox Release Notes
Try Trello in an incognito/private window with all extensions disabled.
If possible, try Firefox on a different device to see if the issue persists.
Let us know if these steps help or if you continue to experience issues.
Hi. I checked the version of Firefox, and I have 142.0.1 (the latest version)
I tried the following:
Did a refresh of FireFox (not a full uninstall); no difference. But since I am not having any problems with other sites, I don't see that a full uninstall would make any difference.
I accessed Trello.com from a private window; no difference.
I do not currently have any extensions enabled.
I tried deleting all of the Trello cookies, and at first that seemed to allow Trello to work in a private window for a short while. But when I went to the a normal window it was back to not responding. I tried again to clear the cookies and run in a private window, but it went back to not responding.
Other people in our group are having the same problem from their machines.
