Why does my invitation link say it’s been deactivated?

I am trying to join my colleague’s board but when I try accepting their invitation it says that the invite has been deactivated, when they only sent it moments before. How do I join their board?

Welcome to the community!

It might be a problem that occurred on your colleague's side! Your colleague has to fix that issue by enabling the invite link in the board.

OR

ask your colleague to enter your username in the add members box and add you. In this case, you won't require an invite to join the board you just will be added to the board.
