Why do I get emails from different @Trello every time?

When i recieve emails from Trello to our other system I get it from different email address every time. I get it from user+fixed string+random string@trello.com. I want to get email from user@trello.com.

The problem is that our other system creates a new user everytime it gets mail from a new email address.

Why is this and how can I fix it?
