Why can't others on my workspace see my automation buttons and use them?

Other members and guests cant use my automation buttons? How do I fix this issue?

Hello Cody! Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

 

Our guess is that as much as you have shared this button with the Workspace, members may have disabled it. The "Shared with workspace" will let other workspace members see the button you created and will give them the option to enable or disable it on the board too (we leave that up to each individual member).

Workspace members have the option to enable it on every team board or even disable it on their team board view so they don't see the button option. Another workspace member disabling your button doesn't affect the button on your side, however!

Could you ask them to check if the option is enabled on their account? The card button needs to be enabled per account, you already shared so they need to go to the Automation section > Card Button, if they see the rule they just need to check the Enabled option.
