Why can’t I upload images from my photo gallery anymore?

When I try to pull a photo from my gallery it just forms a small message cloud under the Add Photo with scroll area and nothing else. It used to take me directly to my gallery so I could pick a photo. Now it has changed.

Hello, Ken

Welcome to the community.

Is this happen on IOS or Android? Can you upload a screenshot of what are you seeing so I can try to reproduce the same behavior? I just tried on Android and was able to select straight from the gallery after clicking on attachment
