Why can't I log into my trello app? I can only get access on the website.

Every time I try to log in on my MacBook Pro, it validates that it was me using my cell phone and appears that it is going to open.  Then the App does nothing for a few seconds, and refreshes to the page where I am not logged in anymore.  I was using the app on my computer all the time before this, so would like to be able to use it again!

This is random, and it's affected me before!

I would have a look at your anti-virus and anti-malware and see if that's causing a problem. Mine was a little tricky to get around, but it was that, as well as my VPN that was blocking it being able to connect. If my anti-virus or VPN updated, it needed to be set as 'safe' again, which was a pain in the bum until I worked out that's what it was!

Let us know if this worked, it not, we'll try something else!
