Why can't I have a specific power-up?

I have the "Custom Fields" power-up on one board but I can't have it on another even though I upgraded to a paid account?

welcome to this wonderful community 😊

Do you use the some account (paid one) for the boards? Maybe the paid one is a Business Class Account for a team - so only Boards that are used for the team can use the mentioned power-up. 
That's my first thought!

If that's not the problem - please feel free to give us more information or contact trello support to make them help according paid accounts.
