Why can't I add more than 8 boards to my free account?

Hello!

I am a free business account user, and so I understand that we have a 10 board limit. However, we currently only have 8 boards, and are unable to create any more. We did create our account before the shift to workspaces, so our users do have personal/private boards too. Do these boards count towards the total? Could there be another reason why we are not able to add more boards?

Thank you for this - unfortunately I don't think this page quite answers my question. As far as I can see, our organisation only has 8 boards, and yet we still can't make any more. We are all admins, so this shouldn't affect it either.  Any other thoughts?
