Why are some of my labels not transferring between boards?

In the past, I have transferred labels between boards by copying a card, that has the labels I want, to a new board? Now only 7 of my 10 labels are transferring when I move the card or list (with 10 labels) to a new board. It is the same 7 labels no matter how many times I try. Any thoughts on why this is and how to fix it? Thanks.

I figured it out! I realized that I hadn't made use of 3 of the labels in the particular card/list that I was copying. If I check/select those labels in the card, then they transfer perfectly!
